The Laboratory focuses in the research and development of new optical sensors and sensing systems for industrial environment. Development of non-contact systems for on-line measurements of thickness, profile, and other shape parameters of fast moving parts of machines, roughness and colour measurements are main research directions. The laboratory is equipped with interferometric tables, lasers, spectrograph, and modern electronic devices.
